When traveling to France I would suggest avoiding the months of July and August, early November and Christmas time as it is high season, hotel accommodation prices and tourist attractions are more expensive.

France is an incredible country with some really superb cities such as Strasbourg.

The great thing about visiting Strasbourg is that is located on the banks of the Rhine on the border with Germany and has both French and German heritage so visiting the city of Strasbourg is best of both worlds.

Also, Strasbourg is a very accessible city and has its own international airport and it can be reached from Paris by car within a few hours.

One of the most memorable tourist attractions in Strasbourg France is strolling by 'La Petite' France and its enchanting neighborhoods and finest restaurants.

Some of the popular tourist attractions in Strasbourg France are:

* A tour of the famous Route du Vin which encompasses over 100 wine producing villages between Strasbourg and Colmar, creating some of finest wines of France.

* A boat tour of the Ill River from Rohan Palace where you can experience wonderful views.

* A Visit to the Notre-Dame Cathedral with its richly decorated carvings and incredible features.

* The Alsatian Museum which features living exhibition of the customs and Alsatian arts, crafts and tools.

* The Museum of Modern Art located in La Petite France and features a collection that dates from 1870 to the present and includes many famous artists from around Europe.
