The United States is home to some of the top 25 places to visit in the US, and certainly a fair share of natural wonders like unknown rock formations in Missouri and New Mexico, grand attractions such as the Grand Canyon in Arizona and mind-blowing wonders like the Geysers in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.

The Badlands National Park is one of the top 10 natural wonders in the USA and one of the best kept secrets in the country. The landscape in Badlands National Park is quite impressive with striking rock formations, jagged cliffs and long prairies.

The best ways to experience this place is on a camping trip to appreciate the natural scenery and explore the ancient fossils and native plants the park has to offer.

If you’re on a road trip through Idaho, one best places to visit in Idaho it's the Craters of the Moon National Monument.

Craters of the Moon breathtaking landscape makes you feel like you’re on a different planet with its lava flows and lava tune flows.

Anza-Borrego Desert State Park is the largest park in California and a true hidden gem in the country which is why it’s on my top 10 natural wonders in USA.

Tha park is home fascinating plants, unusual wildlife like the big horn sheep and the astonishing Font's Point viewpoint where you can get memorable views.

6. Linville Caverns

If you’re exploring western North Carolina, you should make a stop at Linville Caverns to experience the alien-looking stalactites and stalagmites formations, and learn more about how the caverns were discovered.

7. White Sands National Monument

White Sands National Monument is the largest gypsum dune field in the world and one of the top 10 natural wonders in USA for sure.

These megalithic formations are located in southern New Hampshire, 30 miles north of Boston.
